Spacer Image Throughout our history, HomeBank Texas has been committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all information regarding our customers and their banking relationships with us. This commitment has never been more important than it is in today's high-tech environment.

As part of our normal operating procedures, we collect, retain and use information about our customers. This information, while accumulated from a variety of sources, generally comes directly from our customers. We limit the use and collection of this information to that which is necessary to administer our business.

While striving to provide our customer with the financial products and services they need to accomplish their business and personal goals, we believe that their privacy should never be compromised. We recognize the right of our customers to this privacy and have in place standards and controls to ensure that any information in our possession remains confidential.

In keeping with reasonable commercial standards, HomeBank Texas has established procedures to ensure that the financial information concerning our customers is accurate and current. If we are notified by our customers that their records contain inaccurate data we will investigate and make any corrections deemed appropriate.

In addition to this Privacy Policy, HomeBank Texas has adopted a Code of Ethics Policy. This Policy further emphasizes the confidentiality of any information gathered concerning our customers. Because of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information, a violation of either policy will trigger disciplinary action.

HomeBank Texas is committed to the security of all financial and personal information about our customers. Our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects any account information from being accessed by unauthorized third parties.

In addition, HomeBank Texas places strict limits on who receives specific information about our customer's account or other personal data. It is the Bank's policy NOT to reveal specific information about our customers to unaffiliated third parties unless (1) our customer requests the release of the information; (2) the information is needed to help complete a transaction initiated by our customer;(3) the information is provided to a reputable credit bureau; or (4) the disclosure is lawfully permitted or required. We do not provide information for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing of any products or services.

    How does HomeBank Texas protect my personal information?

  • HomeBank Texas does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
  • Joint Marketing – A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
  • HomeBank Texas does not jointly market.
